FastFit is a High energy, 45 minute fitness program. In this well coached enthusiastic environment, we will target Fat burning and Cardio endurance, without the use of complex heavily weighted movements.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of Yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga and Rāja yoga.
The Open Gym program is a space open in our facilities to offer all our customers a complement to their weekly training with the exercise of free choice. The workouts can be Performed on Saturdays beginning at 9:00 a.m. and you can stay training until 1:00 p.m.
During your training, you can choose any kind of exercises to strengthen a specific area of your body.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better.
Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.
